African reserve of Sigean

lodge more than 3 800 animals,

on nearly 300 hectares,

Semi-natural animalist park, space offered is sufficiently vast so that the animals remain wild and express their natural behaviors fully.

With the passing of years, the African Reserve of Sigean knew to create vast running of interest and sympathy to wild fauna and nature. In 1989, the association of the Friends of the African Reserve of Sigean was constituted, declared association law 1901. It takes part and helps the Reserve in its projects research scientific, pedagogy or conservation of wild fauna while taking part in actions of rescue, by animating teaching programs intended for school, by organizing study trips and by allotting purses to researchers.
