Heating, kitchen entirely equipped (microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, television, grid bread, coffee machine, electric furnace, halogenous plates, dry hair), 1 great stay (living room dining room), 3 rooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with two small beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath).

Various :

• Hiring of linen : cloth-towel of toilet-carpet of bath = 10 € /pers/sem.
• Fixed price spares L’apartment so not carried out : 55 €.
• Possibility of carpark : 8 € / day, to reserve at the same time as the stay (limited places).
• Accepted animals : supplement of 4,50 € /jour (not nourished).
• From the 1/06 to the 30/09 : Visitor's tax per day and anybody adult : 0,50 €.

Conditions of reservation :
We should be returned the card of reservation thus filled qu’a cheque D’down payment of 25 % of the total of the stay. With L’arrived the handing-over of the keys S’will carry out against the balance. It to you will be also asked for a cheque of guarantee of 400 €. Possible arrival as of 2 p.m., departure desired before 11 a.m..
